To update employer information, you can refer the steps below:
i. Login SSNIT website
ii. On the employer private site, click Update Employer Information.
iii. There are two tabs will display on your Update Employer Information screen which are Employer Address and Employer Contact.
iv. On the Employer Address tab, fill up the Demographic Information, and New Employer Address. Old Employer Address information is displayed for reference only.
v. Click Save button to save the record.
vi. Reset button for reset all information that you have entered.
vii. On the Employer Contact tab, once again you need to fill up the required field like an Employer Address.
viii. Click Save button to save the record or Reset button to reset all information that you have entered.
i. Login onto SSNIT website
ii. On the employer private site, click Contribution Submission
iii. Key in the current prepared report information (Contribution Type, Contribution Period, Contribution Tier and Staff Category)
iv. Click Prepare New Contribution Data to start the data entry
v. Enter SSNO and then, click Search to get employer record
vi. The record will be shown. Fill up the required field
vii. When finished, click Add to insert into the list
viii. Once the list was completed, click the Save button
ix. Click Submit to proceed with the submission
x. You can add the list any time before the submission but the list must be saved first
xi. You will receive a message if the submission was successfully submitted.
xii. The history of contribution submission can be viewed through the List of Contribution Submission through Portal tab
xiii. The details submission error report also can be viewed using the List of Contribution Submission through Portal tab.
c. Submit Contribution Report (Retrieve Previous Month Contribution)
i. Login onto SSNIT website
ii. On the employer private site, click Contribution Submission
iii. Key in the current prepared report information (Contribution Type, Contribution Period, Contribution Tier and Staff Category)
iv. Click Retrieve Previous Month Contribution button to copy the previous month posted data
v. Key in the previous posted contribution report information (Tier)
vi. All the records will be retrieved and shown in the worksheet
vii. You may modify the list by adding, deleting or editing
viii. Once the list was completed, click the Save button
ix. Click Submit to proceed with the submission
x. You can add the list any time before the submission but the list must be saved first
xi. You will receive a message if the submission was successfully submitted.
xii. The history of contribution submission can be viewed through the List of Contribution Submission through Portal tab
xiii. The details submission error report also can be viewed using the List of Contribution Submission through Portal tab
i. Login SSNIT website
ii. On the employer private site, click Attach Contribution File.
iii. Fill up the required fields.
iv. To upload the file, Click Browse button to find the file.
Note: Only excel (.xls) file format is acceptable.
v. Once completed, click Prepare Contribution Data.
vi. For each of the field, you need to specify the column.
vii. Click Format button. Then, the file will convert the excel format file to a text based format.
viii. Click Submit button to submit the contribution file.
ix. You will receive a message if the submission was successfully submitted.
x. Then, click OK.
xi. The history of contribution submission can be viewed through the List of Contribution Submission through Portal tab
xii. The details submission error report also can be viewed using the List of Contribution Submission through Portal tab
xiii. For Attach Contribution File, modification of the records need to be done at the source application
i. Login SSNIT website
ii. On the employer private site, click Check Payment Advice
iii. Select contribution tier
iv. Click SEARCH button
v. From the displayed list, tick the contribution you want to include in the advice
vi. Click CREATE button to create the payment advice
vii. RESET button for resetting the values you have entered
viii. Confirmation box will appear for confirmation
ix. Click CONFIRM to confirm the payment advice creation
x. The payment advice will be generated. You can save and print this advice for payment
i. Login SSNIT website
ii. On the employer private site, click View Ledger Information
iii. Ledger information will be listed out
iv. Click View Details to view details of each record.
i. Login SSNIT website
ii. On employer private site, click Submit Enquiries To SSNIT
iii. There are four tabs will appear which are Feedback Details, Personal Information, Preview and Acknowledgement.
iv. On Feedback Details, fill up the required field and click NEXT to go to the next tab (Personal Information).
v. On personal information tab, choose the title from the list box.
vi. Click NEXT button to go next tab or click BACK to return previous page.
vii. If you choose NEXT, the Preview tab will appear.
viii. Click SUBMIT to complete the process.
ix. The confirmation box will appear. Click OK to confirm the submission.
x. If the request is successfully sent, the confirmation info will be displayed on the Acknowledgement screen.
xi. The same confirmation information will be emailed to you.
To manage employer user, do the following steps:
i. Login SSNIT website by key in your Username and Password.
ii. Click Manage Employer Portal Users on your main screen.
iii. There are three tabs that you need to fill up which are Portal ID Creation, Change Email and Replace Portal ID.
iv. To create the Portal ID, enter the SSNO and click Search button.
v. The employee information will be displayed. Key in employee’s email address and then, click Register.
vi. The successful message box will appear when the portal ID was successfully created.
vii. To change the portal ID email, choose Change Email tab.
viii. Enter your Portal ID and click Search.
ix. The current email address will be displayed. Replace the email with the latest email address and click Change Email button.
x. You will receive successful message box after the email successfully updated. Then, click OK.
xi. To replace the owner of the portal information, click Replace Portal ID tab.
xii. Enter the Portal ID information that you want to reuse and also the SSNO of the new owner. Then, click SEARCH button.
xiii. The screen will show the existing portal ID owner information and the new owner information.
xiv. Fill up the required information and click Update button.
xv. The new password will be emailed to you.
