Getting Started
1. Get a Portal ID
A Portal ID is given automatically after the enrolment and
re-enrolment process. In order to get a portal ID, please go to the nearest SSNIT Branch or
the Biometric Terminal and request for an ID. You can also call the SSNIT Contact Centre for assistance.
2. Login
To use the Portal ID for the first time, click on the SIGN
IN icon on the top right corner. Enter your details and follow
the steps to continue.
If you are logging in as an Employer Representative, enter
the sign in details that were emailed to you when you enrolled.
If you are logging in as a Member of the scheme, enter your
Social Security Number as username and the corresponding
password that was emailed to you.
3. Change Password
To change your password click on Change Password on the side
menu. Answer the security question, Key in your current
password, key in your new password and confirm it and click the
CHANGE PASSWORD button to proceed.
